Join us for the opening of "Replication and Resistance: The Landscape Revolution" a research by Rosa P. Hanhausen. In the midst of the current globalized ideology of commodification of food and natural resources, maize —the basis of the Mexican diet—has become both the most valuable agrarian product of the 21st century and a major actor in the creation of the socio-spatial apparatus of national agro-production.

Divide the urban into a mosaic of islands is based on a revision of cartographies that span from 1936 to 1960 in Mexico and Latin America.Through the exploration of different archives from the last century, visual artist Pável Mora reimagines the cities outlined by the fantasies of the megalopolises forged in the context of modernity.

"Casa Manifiesto" seeks to establish a critical dialogue based on the reconstruction of the two houses that Mexican architect Juan O'Gorman (1905-1982) built for himself: his experimental studio house in San Ángel (1929), considered the first functionalist house in Mexico, and the unique Casa Cueva (1948-1969), sculpted on his own land in Pedregal.
